This is a great recipe I stumbled across looking for a light health snack. Don’t be scared of the greens!
Roasted Kale Crisps

All you need is some kale, olive oil, salt and a baking tray or disk.
1) Remove the leafy section from the heavy stalk (compose the stalks) chop up the leafy part to about 1″ x 1″ sections. Dry well

2) Lightly, ( as in a drizzle, sprintz, hint , get the picture?) apply some olive oil and toss throughly. Sprinkle a pinch of salt for flavor.
3) Place on baking sheet or dish, bake at 350 for 12-14 minutes
4) Place kale crisps on paper towel to dry (You should not have much oil if you did it “lightly” )
