Cranberry Getting New Self-Storage Facility

CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, PA - Nuvo Development plans to build a three-story, 90,000-square foot self-storage facility on a Route 19 property adjacent to the Cranberry Eagle office.
According to the Nuvo website, the facility is expected to open in 2019.
Nuvo has six self-storage projects under construction in Florida and Pennsylvania, including a 118,000-square foot building on East Carson Street in Pittsburgh’s South Side. The company recently converted an old building on Hamilton Avenue near Bakery Square into a self-storage facility.
