Cranberry Getting New Swimming Instruction Business

Big Blue Swim plans to open its first Pennsylvania location in Cranberry in 2023.

CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, PA — Big Blue Swim School, which provides swimming instruction for children, will open its first Pennsylvania location in the Streets of Cranberry early next year.

Franchise owner Chelsea Dukovich told 1851.com that she was driven to bring the school to the Pittsburgh area after having difficulty of locating quality swimming lessons in the area.

“We have three young children and had been searching for good swim lessons in Pittsburgh,” Dukovich said. “It was extremely challenging to find the right fit because there was nothing quite like Big Blue in our market. As customers, that was a challenge, but as entrepreneurs, we realized
that was an opportunity.”
