Cranberry 'Name The Snowplow' Contest Winning Entry Revealed

A township snowplow now has its own name thanks to the imagination and creativity of township residents.

CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, PA — After sorting through more than 1,000 suggestions from hundreds of participants, a winner has been named in the popular Name That Snowplow contest.

A township plow bears a graphic and its new high-tech name: Ctrl+Salt+Delete.

The moniker garnered nearly 30 percent of the vote, defeating nine other names selected from the entries by the township public works crew. Multiple participants suggested the winning name.

Graphic professionals from SpeedPro placed the wrap on the plow just in time for snow to start flying recently.
