Cranberry Welcomes New Learning Center

New Kumon location to assist struggling students.

CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, PA - Northern Allegheny County and southern Butler County residents whose children need help with their studies have a new tutoring option. Kumon, the world’s largest after-school math and reading program has opened a Cranberry location.

The new center in Piazza Plaza on Route 19 is part of Kumon’s ongoing expansion plan to open 100 new centers in 2017. The company operates 43 of them in Pennsylvania, including six in the Greater Pittsburgh area.

“Cranberry Township is one of the fastest-growing municipalities of the Pittsburgh metropolitan area, making it an ideal location for Kumon’s expansion,” said Larry Lambert, a Kumon vice president. “We look forward to meeting the region’s high demand for supplemental education programs with the addition of the new center in Cranberry Township.”
