"Where do these songs come from, Eric, and why so dark?" Yeah, OK, do you really want to know? He held my son, he cut my hair so that the both of us could fit in...to the madness that was Palestine, Texas. It was one of the worst learnings of my life, I left a depleted, son of the world ... I stayed with the stuff for 14 years then took a little 13 year break from the Music Business. Came back in 95. No boys, I ain't dead, but I know the lives of those that are...these songs ain't bout me boys and girls. They are about you.
