
EVERYONE that is interested in fighting back against cancer is welcome to attend.
Teams ~ rookies & veterns ~ are asked to attend to learn about the Relay For Life, what it takes to be a team captain, how to use the website and what is involved in fundraising.(Individual walkers [Relayers] are also able to participate)
In addition, the Relay For Life meeting will provide information on what local people can do to combat this terrible disease. Teams can sign up, individuals can volunteer, survivors can get support and businesses can learn about sponsorships and more at the meeting.
The Relay For Life of Greater Cranberry Township Area will be held Saturday July 20 at North Boundary Park. Last year more than 300 walkers and over 100 cancer survivors participated in this important fundraiser to stop cancer. The event covers the greater southern Butler county area, including but not limited to: Cranberry Township, Zelienople, Harmony, Evans City and Mars.
