Feel Free To Bring Fido To New Cranberry Hotel
Pet-friendly TownePlace Suites opens near UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex

CRANBERRY, PA - You can say this new hotel already has gone to the dogs and Marriott will take that as a compliment.
TownePlace Suites, an extended-stay hotel, sports 96 studio and one-room suites. It’s located on Cool Springs Drive near the UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex where the Pittsburgh Penguins train, and is close to the Thornhill Industrial Park and Cranberry Woods Business Park.
“We are excited to introduce the TownePlace Suites brand to the Cranberry Township area,” Loren Nalewanski, Marriott vice president and global brand manager, said in a statement. “We want to go above and beyond to do everything we can to make our guests feel comfortable.”

Toward that goal, guests can bring their pets to ward off loneliness during their stay. The hotel also has an indoor swimming pool, exterior patio and fire pit and fitness room.
The Cranberry location is one of nearly 300 TowneSuites. The brand is expanding rapidly, with Marriott planning an additional 200 in the United States and Canada.

The hotel is owned by Cranberry Springs Development Group and managed by InterMountain Management of Monroe, Louisiana. It’s the second Marriott hotel in Cranberry, joining the Pittsburgh Marriott North on Cranberry Woods Drive.
