Milk Shake Factory Preparing To Open Cranberry Location

The successful chain of milk shake shops is expanding its presence in the North Hills.

CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, PA - Having recently opened a location in McCandless, the Milk Shake Factory is preparing to move even further into Pittsburgh's northern suburbs. The successful chain of milk shake shops soon will open a Cranberry location on Mackenzie Way next to the Lemieux Sports Complex.

A specific opening date has not been announced but the chain's website notes that the location is coming in the near future.

serves up handspun shakes, craft sundaes, and gourmet chocolates. The establishment dates back to 1914, when it operated as small soda fountain in Lawrenceville, but the factory's modern era began in 1978 with the opening of the South Side location.

Besides the South Side, The Milk Shake Factory has successful Pittsburgh locations Downtown, East Liberty and Oakland.
