New Retail Building Planned For Cranberry
The building will complete the Knockout Development area.

CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, PA - Another retail development is coming to the township. The last parcel of undeveloped land in Knockout Development on Longtree Way near the Westinghouse site will become a 7,800 square-foot building that could house as many as four retail tenants.
Cranberry supervisors have approved the project, which will be built between the Patron and Olive Garden restaurants.
The site includes narrow frontage on Route 228, which will be the building’s formal address. There’s no word yet on any specific retailers planned for the property.
