New Shopping Center Planned For Cranberry
The new retail plaza would be adjacent to the Home Depot.

CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, PA - A new shopping center has been proposed on a 16.5 acre site at the intersection of Dutilh road and Route 19 on the site for the former Doyle Equipment Company.
Owner David Small wants to construct an 81,600-square foot center that also would have an 8,050 square-foot restaurant and a 2,800 square-foot bank with a drive-thru window. The center would connect via American Way with the adjacent Home Depot property, also owned by Small, as well as The Streets of Cranberry.
No lease agreements have been signed, township officials said.
