New Starbucks Coming To Cranberry

CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, PA - Starbucks is downsizing, but not in Cranberry. The Seattle-based chain plans to open a new coffee shop in the township.

Starbucks plans to occupy a 2,467 square-foot space in the Cranberry Commons Shopping Center near Hobby Express and Plato’s Closet. The currently vacant corner store space will have a drive-through window and indoor and outdoor seating.

The Cranberry Starbucks will buck the trend the chain has taken in recent months. In July, the company announced it is closing all 379 of its Teavana stores, most of which are in shopping malls.
