Seneca Valley School District To Honor Veterans, Active Military
Those who served or are service will be recognized at next month's Raiders home opener.
CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, PA - The Seneca Valley School District once again is organizing a special Veteran Recognition Day during the first official Raider Football home game on Aug. 30. All veterans and active military personnel who live in the district are encouraged to participate.
Prior to team warm-up at 6 p.m., veterans will once again join the football team in the locker room of the Raiders Field House to adhere American flag stickers to the players’ helmets. At
7 p.m., veterans will gather on the stadium track and be recognized for their service.
They will also receive free admission and special seating and parking accommodations for the game.
