SV Band Raises Money For Rival's High School Principal

The funds were given to ailing Mt. Lebanon High School principal Brian McFeeley.

CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, PA - The Seneca Valley High School marching band added green to its traditional black and blue uniforms at the Sept. 13 football game against Mt. Lebanon as part of its second annual "SV Band Gives Back" campaign.

Band members raised more than $2,400 to support Mt. Lebanon High School principal Brian McFeeley, who recently was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. At the game, band leaders presented a card and check to Mr. McFeeley. The band, along with SV Cheerleaders and the student section, also showed their support by donning green T-Shirts and ribbons.
