• District 2 Girls Track: Nanticoke Area's Baran leaps to second district gold medal (timesleader.com) — Dallas High School’s girls track team scored 15 points at the District 2 Class 3A championships in Scranton, highlighted by sprinter Mia DelGaudio’s strong finishes and a competitive 400-meter relay. Nanticoke Area’s Nevaeh Baran dominated the jumps with two gold medals, while Crestwood, Abington Heights, and other Wyoming Valley schools also turned in standout performances that shape state championship berths.
