Lancaster Avenue in Devon, taking over the former La Jonquille and Shiraz space with an opening targeted for late December. It's part of a broader wave of nearly 60 restaurant openings across Chester County and the region this fall, including new concepts in Glenmoore, Kennett Square, Wayne, and Malvern.
