You've seen them a million times in anime and Japanese TV shows: Those neatly packed little lunchboxes full of homemade goodness. Now is your chance to learn all about them! Learn what goes in them, how to pack them, and how to take care of one so you can use it for years. Attendees will get pointers on shopping for bento items, how to pack a bento with American foods, and creative ways to use leftovers so you don't feel like you're eating the same meal several days in a row. There will even be a how-to for some popular bento food items, with time for Q and A afterwards.
