2 Christmas Movies Playing This Week In Doylestown

DOYLESTOWN, PA — The County Theater in Doylestown will be screening two holiday favorites this week.

First, on Thursday, Dec. 12 the movie "It's a Wonderful LIfe" will be shown at 7:30 p.m. As of Monday, tickets are "selling fast," the theater announced on its website.

Then on Saturday, Dec. 15 "The Polar Express" will be screened at 10:30 a.m. That screening is free for members and is part of the Kids Series. Tickets for that screening are also selling fast, the theater's website says. The County Theater is located at 20 E State St, Doylestown.

Additional holiday films to be screened at the County Theater this month include:

• "Jingle All The Way" (Dec. 22)
• "Home Alone" (Dec. 29)

Also, there's another non-movie holiday event coming up this week in Doylestown. On Saturday, Dec. 15, join the Tamanend Middle School choir as they carol throughout town. Meet at the tree located at State and Main Streets. The event goes from 6 to 8 p.m.
