2 Face Felony Retail Theft Charges In Warrington
The two are accused of switching bar codes on merchandise on two separate incidents at the Target store in Warrington.

WARRINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA — A man and woman from Glenside, Montgomery County, are facing felony theft charges for the theft of merchandise from a Warrington Township business.
O Sept. 18, Warrington Police responded to the Target store for the report of a retail theft. After arriving on the scene, police learned from the store's loss prevention officer that a man and woman entered the store on Sept. 1 and 14 and were observed switching bar codes on merchandise.
On Sept. 1 the two switched bar codes for a theft of $679.96 and $711.47 on Sept. 14.

Edward Lehner and Angelica Benetz from Glenside were identified as suspects and a warrant was issued for their arrest on two counts of felony retail theft and two counts of felony receiving stolen merchandise.
On Oct. 25, Lehner was arraigned and released on his own recognizance.

On Nov. 17, Benetz was stopped in Montgomery Township and placed under arrest. Benetz was transported to Warrington where she was processed and arraigned by Judge Marriot who set bail at $15,000.
Benetz was unable to post bail and was transported to the Bucks County Correctional Facility
