2015 Central Bucks West Football Season Kicks Off Friday

Central Bucks West’s football team will take the field this Friday for the first game since the 2014 season was cut short amid a hazing scandal.

The school’s 2014 football season was cancelled just one day before the team’s much-anticipated homecoming game against Central Bucks East last year as law enforcement officials investigated into allegations of hazing.

Additionally, there is a new head coach. Charles Cathers, a former defensive coordinator at New Hope-Solebury High School, was selected as the new head coach for Central Bucks West. He replaces Brian Hensel, who was fired after the hazing scandal.
