Geerlings on Tuesday received conditional use approval to construct 27 homes on its 46-acre Street Road nursery and mulching operation in Warrington, The Intelligencer reports.
The number of houses approved is three less than the original amount requested in the application. The application was approved with conditions, the report said.
However, the publication reports Geerlings has another conditional-use application pending with Warrington Township, which proposes 49 units on the site by purchasing transferable development rights. That application is expected to be considered at a meeting on March 14.
