Peace Valley Nature Center to Host 40th Anniversary Celebration

The celebration, to be held Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Doylestown, will include music, face painting and more.

Peace Valley Nature Center will hold a 40th Anniversary Celebration this Saturday, May 30 starting at 10 a.m.

Activities include: musician Daria in an interactive concert, face painting and activity stations, including making a simple bird feeder, pollinator house and newspaper pot.

Also, there will be a self-guided seek and see hunt.

The Anniversary Recognition program will begin at 1:30 p.m. It will recognize the vision of Corey Jarin and celebrate 40 years of environmental education and conservation.

Peace Valley Nature Center is located at 70 N Chapman Rd, Doylestown.

Peace Valley Nature Center is a facility of The Bucks County Department of Parks and Recreation. It features 14 miles of nature trails.
