73-Year-Old Driver Injured In Stump Road Crash In Warrington
Witnesses told police the car was driving erratically before crashing into a utility pole and then rolling over three times.

WARRINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA — A 73-year-old woman was injured Wednesday afternoon when her car struck a utility pole on Stump Road and rolled over multiple times.
The accident involving a white KIA SUV happened shortly before 12:30 p.m. on Stump Road between Limekiln Pike and Billingsly Road.
A preliminary investigation revealed that the KIA was traveling northbound on Stump when the crash happened. Witnesses told police that the KIA was driving erratically, swerving back and forth on Stump Road immediately before striking a utility pole on the side of the roadway.

Upon impact, police said the vehicle sheared a utility pole and then rolled over three times ending up on its side with the driver trapped inside.

Warrington and Chalfont fire companies responded to the scene and extricated the driver from the damaged vehicle. The driver was transported by Chalfont ambulance to the Grandview Hospital Trauma Center for suspected head and other internal injuries.

PECO crews responded to the scene to replace the utility pole damaged in the crash.
