BUCKS COUNTY, PA — A major mixed-use development in Lower Bucks County has been listed for sale.

The owners of the new Prickett Preserve Town Center in Lower Makefield are looking for a buyer for the 146,000-square-foot town center on Stony Hill Road in Lower Makefield. The center is anchored by a Wegmans grocery store.

Prickett Preserve Property Up For Sale

Prickett Preserve, a prime property across the street from Shady Brook Farm in Lower Makefield, is up for sale. Two years after being built. the 146,679-square-foot town center is being offered for sale by Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. JLL said the "high-performing Wegmans-anchored shopping center is 98 percent leased, with Wegmans accounting for 38 percent of the property’s gross income.

New Sicilian-Inspired Restaurant Opens

Cugini’s Italian Kitchen has opened its doors at the site of the former New Hope Star Diner, bringing with it authentic Italian cuisine and a full service bar. Following extensive renovation work, cousins Frank Picone and Anthony Adragna - with decades of experience in the restaurant industry - rolled out their latest restaurant concept in late March at the former diner site located just to the west of the Logan Square Shopping Center on Route 202.

Expo To Showcase Newtown Businesses

A spring expo showcasing the Greater Newtown business community will be held on Wednesday at the Rafters venue in Newtown Township. The 2026 NBA Business Expo, presented by the Newtown Business Association, is free and open to the public. It will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. The Expo will bring together Newtown's business community under one roof, giving companies a platform to showcase products and services, forge partnerships, and connect directly with the community.

Muzzy's Shack Opens 2nd Bucks Location

Less than one year after opening its first Bucks County location, Muzzy's Shack has opened yet another one. The eatery specializing in Halal Smash Burgers, hot chicken, and milkshakes recently opened its new location on Bensalem Boulevard. Another location exists at 555 West Street Road in Warminster. That location opened in June 2025.

P.J. Whelihan's Taking Shape In Newtown

Renovations are underway at the future site of P.J. Whelihan’s at the Village at Newtown Shopping Center located between Ulta Beauty and Bomba. The New Jersey-based PJW Restaurant Group is transforming the former Iron Hill Brewery storefront into its newest pub, family restaurant, and sports bar. “Right now it’s all dust and drills, but soon it’s crispy wings, cold beers, and a room full of fans who know where to be when the game’s on,” wrote PJ’s on Facebook. “Good times are getting an upgrade.”
