BUCKS COUNTY, PA — A Bucks County catering company has announced it is teaming up with Coleman Farms for their second "Farm-To-Table" dinner and fundraising night.
Meanwhile, a Bucks County restaurant owner is being shouted out by the Bucks County District Attorney for giving back to the community through a donation-based vegetarian buffet.

Bucks County catering company Thyme & Plate is teaming up with Coleman Farms for their second Farm-to-Table Dinner, which will raise funds for the JK12 Foundation. The foundation is named in memory of Joey Kay, a volunteer Plumsteadville firefighter and Sprint car driver who lost his life in a drunk driving crash in 2024. Tickets are now available for the Sept. 18 event through Coleman Farms' website. The evening dinner, served on the farm, will feature food prepared by Thyme & Plate, a catering company with a retail sandwich shop in Carversville.

Bucks County District Attorney Joe Khan is shouting out Ardas Social Kitchen in Richboro and its owner Priya Trivedi for giving back to the community. The DA and his staff met with Priya recently and saw firsthand how hard she is working to provide top-quality hospitality to her customers while giving back to her community. "Priya is doing more than just serving delicious food. She is a survivor giving back to the community she says has provided so much for her," said the DA.

In conjunction with this year's Doylestown Arts Festival and the Bucks County Classic, the Monkey's Uncle on South Main Street will host an All Abilities Arts Fest in its parking lot on Sunday, Sept. 13 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Vendors will include: Bake Ability, Coffee Closet with Barista Jake, Creative Jewelry by Julia, Georgia's Cookies, and Quadscapes. "Come support these special needs businesses who will have their creations available for sale," said the owners. The Monkey's Uncle is the go-to shopping destination for retro Philly sports clothing and gifts in the Doylestown area.

Capital Health is reviving plans for a micro-hospital next to the Oxford Valley Mall in Middletown Township, according to a report. The $60 million micro-hospital will be the first in Bucks County and fourth in the Philadelphia region, The Philadelphia Business Journal reported. As part of its ongoing expansion into Bucks County, Capital Health in 2019 completed the purchase of a property at 280 Middletown Boulevard.
