Bucks Co. Restaurant Owner Recognized For Giving Back

RICHBORO, PA — Bucks County District Attorney Joe Khan is shouting out Ardas Social Kitchen in Richboro and its owner Priya Trivedi for giving back to the community.

The DA and his staff met with Priya recently and saw firsthand how hard she is working to provide top-quality hospitality to her customers while giving back to her community.

“Priya is doing more than just serving delicious food. She is a survivor giving back to the community she says has provided so much for her,” said the DA.

An immigrant from India, Priya says Bucks County welcomed her with open arms and in return, she has created a vibrant restaurant where the community can gather to share a meal and give back to those in need.

The restaurant features a donation-based vegetarian buffet, the proceeds of which directly support several nonprofits and charities that care for individuals, families, and animals.

Priya also cooks and delivers free meals to the homeless and food-insecure every week, ensuring that no neighbor goes hungry.

“Priya and Ardas Social Kitchen truly embody what it means to love thy neighbor,” said the DA.

Privya operated Guru’s Indian Cuisine for a number of years in Newtown before opening Ardas Social Kitchen at the Crossroads Shopping Center in Richboro.
