Beans is taking the reins of a 20-year-old franchise housed in a three-year-old 60,000-square-foot building. According to Toyota’s Environmental, Safety and Quality Communications Department, the LEED Silver-certified facility is Toyota’s only Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design-certified dealership in the state.
Besides rounding out his brands with a Toyota franchise, the new building and its LEED certification are attractions that fit right in with Beans’s priorities.
