Fred Beans announces the relocation of its Mitsubishi dealership to the automotive group’s facility at 835 North Easton Road in Plumstead Township, across from AutoExpress of Doylestown.
“Mitsubishi’s growing popularity and expanded technology, which has given us the Outlander and Lancer, encouraged us to give the brand its own space,” says Chris Gilbert, director of Variable Operations. For several years, Mitsubishi has operated out of the Ford Lincoln dealership less than a half a mile up the highway.
The move was completed June 10. The building last housed the Fred Beans Subaru franchise before that operation settled into newly renovated quarters across the street at 830 North Easton Road two years ago.

The building recently underwent a $400,000 renovation of its own to provide upgrades for staff and customers. In addition to Mitsubishi sales, the facility is also the new home of Autorent of Doylestown, which moved there May 1, and Value Cars of Doylestown, a new Fred Beans division specializing in vehicles priced below $10,000.
Fred Beans Mitsubishi will be overseen by general sales manager Scott Hall at the new location, while Mitsubishi will continue to service its vehicles at Fred Beans Ford Lincoln. Customers can reach Mitsubishi sales, service and parts at 888.684.3683, 888.677.5341 and 888.653.5143, respectively.
