The bride-to-be graduated in 2003 from Newark High School, Newark, Del. In 2007, she earned a bachelor’s degree in clinical exercise science from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Okla. Rachel is currently an exercise physiologist in the Healthy Weight Clinic at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
Her fiancé is a 2005 graduate of Central Bucks West High School, Doylestown, and Middle Bucks Institute of Technology, Jamison. He earned a degree in culinary arts from the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, NY, in 2007. In 2009, he received an associate’s degree in hotel and restaurant management from Penn State Berks, Reading. Jacob is a chef at The Union League of Philadelphia.
