Arrests Made For DUI, Theft, Underage Drinking: Central Bucks Regional
Police also reported arrests for disorderly conduct, harassment, theft of a vehicle and public drunkenness.
DOYLESTOWN, PA — The Central Bucks Regional Police Department, which covers Doylestown Borough, Chalfont Borough and New Britain Borough, reported the following arrests during the month of October:
October 1
- Disorderly Conduct/Harassment - 37 N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough. Kelsey Wahl, 24, of Warrington, Michael Sowa, 25, of East Norriton, and Thomas Lanzidelle, 23, of Jamison, were cited for the above offenses after police witnessed a large fight taking place outside of a restaurant. Citations have been filed.
- Disorderly Conduct, N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough. Camden O’Connell, 24, of Doylestown, was after being observed urinating in public. A citation has been filed.

- DUI, Dommel Way, Doylestown Borough. Bret Crigler, 23, of Perkasie, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for operating vehicle with no headlights during the hours required. Crigler presented with glassy bloodshot eyes, slurred speech, and a strong odor of alcohol. Field sobriety tests were administered and Crigler was transported to Doylestown Hospital for legal blood draw. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
- Disorderly Conduct, W. State Street, Doylestown Borough. Christopher Buchanan, 33, of Pipersville, was cited after being observed urinating in public. A citation has been filed.
October 15
- DUI, W. Butler Avenue, Chalfont Borough. Christopher Brown, 34, of Feasterville, was charged with the above offense after police responded to a traffic accident. Brown presented with mumbling speech and was unable to provide a clear explanation of the accident. Field sobriety tests were administered, and legal blood draw obtained at Doylestown Hospital. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
October 16

- Theft, W. Court Street (CB West HS), Doylestown Borough. A juvenile, 15, was charged with the above offense after a witness spotted him entering multiple vehicles in the school parking lot. The juvenile then made a small purchase using a debit card taken from one of the vehicles. A Juvenile Allegation has been filed.
October 17
- Retail Theft, N. Main Street (Staples), Doylestown Borough. Katrina Perry-Deluca, 20, of Doylestown, was charged with the above offense after police were contacted by the store for an employee stealing items. Perry-Deluca admitted to taking items, cash from the register, and a flash drive with video evidence. Perry-Deluca was taken into custody, processed, arraigned, bail set at 10 percent of $10,000 unsecured and released.
- Disorderly Conduct, E. State Street and Printers Alley, Doylestown Borough. A juvenile, 16, was cited for attempted to do a burnout with his vehicle leaving melted rubber and burn marks on the roadway. A citation has been filed.
October 20
- Underage Drinking Violation, 20 MacFarlane Lane (Memorial Field), Doylestown Borough. Two juveniles, 16 and 17, were cited for the above offense while attending a football game. The juveniles presented with slurred speech and bloodshot, glassy eyes. Citations have been filed.
- Underage Drinking Violation and Public Drunkenness, 18 W. State Street, Doylestown Borough. A juvenile, 16, was cited for the above violations after officers responded to an intoxicated male requiring medical attention. The juvenile was transported to Doylestown Hospital. Citations have been filed.
October 21
- DUI, W. State Street, Doylestown Borough. Robert Scheide, 54, of Warminster, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for driving the wrong way on a one-way street. Scheide presented with a strong odor of alcohol, glassy bloodshot eyes, slurred speech, and was unsteady on his feet. He was taken into custody, transported to Doylestown Hospital for legal blood draw, and released. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
- Underage Drinking Violation, 700 E. Butler Avenue (DelVal University), Doylestown Borough. Talley Newsome, 18, of Claymont, DE, was cited for the above violation when officers responded for a highly intoxicated female. Newsome was transported to Doylestown Hospital for medical attention. A citation has been filed.
October 22
- Motor Vehicle Theft, S. Clinton Street (SEPTA Train Station), Doylestown Borough. A Juvenile, 15, was charged with the above offense after police were called to investigate a stolen vehicle. The owner of the vehicle left the vehicle in the parking lot overnight after not being able to locate the key that was left inside the vehicle. When they returned the next morning, the car was gone. Officers were notified that the vehicle had been stopped by another department overnight and identified the driver. The juvenile was taken into custody, processed, and transported to Bucks County Youth Center. A Juvenile Allegation has been filed.
October 24
- Disorderly Conduct, 425 S. Main Street (Wawa), Doylestown Borough. Robert P. Short, 53, of Furlong, was cited following police response to an altercation. Short became irate at two persons while waiting for the air pump to fill the tires on his vehicle. Short followed them across the parking lot and attempted to engage in a physical altercation. A Citation has been filed.
October 25
- DUI, N. Sandy Ridge & Pearl Drives, Doylestown Borough. Tina Mary Curran, 52, of Doylestown, was arrested for the above charge after Officers responded to a traffic accident where a parked vehicle was struck. Curran presented with an odor of alcohol, staggered gait, bloodshot, glassy eyes and slurred speech. Field sobriety tests were administered, and blood draw obtained from Doylestown Hospital. A criminal complaint has been filed.
October 27
- Disorderly Conduct and Harassment, 442 N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough. Hailey Nicole Lowry, 19, was cited for the above offenses stemming from an incident that took place on September 30. Lowry engaged in a verbal argument which escalated into a physical altercation with the victim. Citations have been filed.
October 28
- Disorderly Conduct, 19 N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough. Yoseif Chaim Kaminetsky, 23, of Richboro, was cited for the above offense following officers observing Kaminetsky urinating in public.
- Underage Drinking Violation, 447 E. Butler Avenue, New Britain Borough. Lucas Baldinger, 20, of Colchester, Conn., and Alexander Jacobs, 20, of Morristown, N.J., were cited for the above offense after police responded to a large party where persons were stomping on neighbor’s Halloween decorations. Citations have been filed.
October 29
- Disorderly Conduct,W. State Street and Dommel Way, Doylestown Borough. Keith Christopher Osting, 23, of North Wales, Kyle Anthony Osting, 25, of North Wales, and Evan Glenn Widing, 23, of Perkasie, were cited for the above offense following police response to a physical altercation. Citations have been filed.
October 30
- Harassment and Other Charges, 313 W. State Street (Lenape Middle School), Doylestown Borough. A juvenile, 13, was charged with the above offenses following an investigation for a false report. A Juvenile Allegation has been filed.
