The $575,000 project will double the size of the existing baby pool at Doylestown's Fanny Chapman Pool.

A project to improve the baby pool at Doylestown’s Fanny Chapman Pool is underway.

The $575,000 project will double the size of the existing baby pool. Features will include a zero depth entry, spray toys and an increase in the deck area around the pool.

“Our baby pool is about 20 years old and woefully overcrowded at times,” pool board member KP Jimmink told Patch this summer.
