Beer Garden Now Open at Doylestown GIANT

It is the supermarket chain's 15th beer garden in Pennsylvania.

A Beer Garden opened Friday at the GIANT supermarket on West Swamp Road in Doylestown.

The 32-seat beer garden and eatery will be Monday through Saturday from 7a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.

It is the supermarket chain’s 15th beer garden in Pennsylvania.

“Our newest Beer Garden and Eatery gives our Doylestown area customers the opportunity to purchase beer while grocery shopping,” said Erik Keptner, senior vice president of sales, merchandising and marketing at GIANT. “The addition of the Beer Garden and Eatery gives our customers convenience while also allowing them to save time.”

A variety of domestic and imported beers will be available for customers. Selections have an emphasis on craft and specialty beers.

Customers will have a “mix-a-six” option where they can create their own six packs from a variety of craft beers. Food options include a hot buffet, salad bar, sandwiches, wraps and subs, sushi, piping hot soups, Chinese food, baked foods and desserts, and a wide selection of other beverages.
