Beloved Ballet Teacher From Viral 'Daddy/Daughter Valentine’s Dance' Video Offering Class In Doylestown

The beloved ballet teacher from the viral “Daddy/Daughter Valentine’s Dance” video will offer a master class for ages 8 and up in Doylestown on March 18.

The class with Carla Krochak will be held from 1 - 3 p.m. at Budzynski Ballet Theater, 4095 Ferry Road & Rte. 611.

Featured in adorable “Daddy/Daughter Valentine’s” videos, viewed over a combined 100 million times worldwide, Carla is an acclaimed and beloved ballet dancer who also teaches throughout the Philadelphia region. Marilyn Budzynski, Artistic Director at Budzynski Ballet Theater, and Carla have been dear friends spanning multiple decades.

Carla has performed as principal dancer with the Philadelphia Civic Ballet Company, Wilmington Ballet, Ballet South, and Voloshky Ukrainian Dance Ensemble. She has served as Ballet Mistress of the Wyomissing Institute of Fine Arts and was a former faculty member of Philadelphia Civic Ballet Company, Temple University, Rowan College, Metropolitan Ballet. Carla has worked as Movement and Dance Instructor at Independence Charter School in Philadelphia, as well as many other dance schools in the tri-state area. Additionally, she serves as the Associate Director of Budzynski Ballet Theater.

In order to participate, you must register your child by emailing the studio at RSVPatBBT@gmail.com. Your dancer must be at least 8 years old. Include your child’s name and your phone number in the email. The cost to participate in the class is $20 and space is limited.

The deadline to register is March 16.

Budzynski Ballet Theater is a non-profit arts organization which provides the highest caliber of ballet training possible, to all students, ages 3 and up, at all levels, from the beginning student to the professional, while developing confidence and self esteem in a caring, supportive environment.
