DUBLIN BOROUGH, PA — Big changes are happening at the Shops at the Square in the Dublin Town Center.

Farm to Toast has relocated to a larger space with a bigger kitchen and additional seating at the entrance to the shops at the rear of the building in Dublin Borough. And a new Italian market is setting up shop with a planned March opening at Farm to Toast's former location.

Farm to Toast, a gourmet toast and wellness café, will celebrate its new vibrant space with a grand relocation celebration on Saturday, February 10 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

“The new space is stunning and we can't wait to see you there this weekend,” said Corinna Garis, Dublin Town Center’s marketing director.

The Shops at the Square have also announced an exciting new addition - an Italian market - that will be taking over Farm to Toast’s former location next to Pineapple On Main and the Boiler Room and around the corner from Wildflower Valley and Makers: Vintage and Handmade.

Mercatino Pronto Dublin will feature a 1,400-square-foot quick service grab and go market with pre-made panini, meals, salads, sides, desserts and much more.

“To say that we have an amazing group of small businesses located all under one roof is an understatement! You will have to see it to believe it! We cannot wait to be a part of the @dublintowncenter community,” said the market owners.

Renovations are underway at the space with a March opening planned.

Dublin will be the third location for the popular Mercatino Italiano, which has a store in Quakertown and will be opening soon in Bethlehem.

Mercatino Italiano offers a wide selection of imported goods and products as well as local vendors. The store markets itself as a great place to explore the tastes of Italy and its selection of meats, cheeses, home-made, ready-to-eat meals and much more.

The Shops at the Square are located inside an old, restored factory brought to life as a “Town Square,” a place for the community to gather with quality food and drink, local makers and retailers, health and wellness experts, and commercial office space under one roof.

The Shops at the Square is part of the Dublin Town Square, which also includes the Station, a modern food hall and culinary destination located inside a renovated garage from the 1930s; the Lofts, home to 30 luxury apartments; and the Boiler Room, Dublin’s premier craft cocktail and wine bar featuring Crossing Vineyards’ award-winning selection of varietals, PA-crafted spirits, and local brewery selections.
