Bill Hurst Promoted to Chief People Officer at Worth & Company
Longtime Employee Will Oversee the Company's Planning, Development, Implementation and Maintenance of Human Resources and Safety Policies
Worth & Company is pleased to announce that Bill Hurst has been promoted to the role of Chief People Officer (CPO).
Bill has more than 45 years of industry experience and has been serving as Safety Director with Worth & Company since 1989. As a long-standing leader in safety with Worth & Company, Bill works strategically to ensure the company remains aligned with all national safety requirements and standards. He oversees the company’s health and safety including planning, development, implementation and maintenance of company safety policies.
As Chief People Officer, Bill will be responsible for the operation and success of the HR and safety departments. He will uphold the company goals and mission while implementing and supporting HR and safety policies.

Not only does Bill have the experience to be an effective and impactful CPO, he also has extensive safety training. From a Green Belt in Six Sigma to completed courses in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) compliance, Construction Safety and Infection Control Risk Assessment, Bill is well armed to lead Worth & Company’s people and policies in safety.
Bill serves as Vice Chairman of ABC’s Lehigh Valley Council, is a Safety Committee Member of Associated Builders & Contractors (Southern PA Chapter), and a member of the Mid Atlantic Construction Safety Council.
