Taproom Opens Inside Chalfont-New Britain Restaurant
Crooked Eye brews are now on tap at Fusion Kitchen through a partnership between the restaurant and brewery.

CHALFONT, PA — Crooked Eye brews are now on tap at Fusion Kitchen located at the New Britain Village Square shopping center at Butler Avenue and County Line Road.
Over the weekend, the Hatboro-based brewery officially opened its new taproom with a launch party on Saturday at the restaurant that brought out the crowds, created an electric vibe with live music and blended great food with on tap brews.
Fusion Kitchen’s owner and executive chef, Walt Marshall, brings to the table 30 years of culinary experience in all cuisines. He trained under several international chefs including iron chefs Jose Garces and Morimoto, and worked under the Stephen Starr restaurant umbrella in Philly’s fine dining scene for 10 years, before opening Fusion Kitchen in 2021.

The restaurant brings a taste of the city to the burbs. Menu items feature award-winning salads, sandwiches, and a weekly dinner/chef’s special menu.
The chef focuses on a global and artistic spin on food, including dishes like drunken mussels, oyster po’ boy sandwich, Korean BBQ Flank Steak, Cubano sandwich, and even the novelty Fusion donut (a mac & cheese donut filled with pulled pork or buffalo chicken).
