Brown's Doughnut And Pastry Co. Opening Second Location In Bucks

CHALFONT, PA — Brown's Doughnut & Pastry Co. will open its second Bucks County location in Chalfont on Wednesday, March 6 at 7 a.m.

Located at 284 West Butler Avenue, the bakery will feature scratch-baked goods, breakfast sandwiches, and craft coffee drinks. It is located next to Grin Nails and Spa and Main Street Pizzeria and Grill.

The new bakery will be offering bagels with cream cheese spreads; cookie tins, trays and boxes; cakes and cupcakes; dessert cakes; cheesecakes; Danish; doughnuts; and lots more.

The small bakery located on North Main Street in Dublin Borough first opened in 2018, owned and operated by the Brown’s, a couple who fell in love behind a bakery counter.

“Making scratch baked goods from real ingredients is our primary goal,” the Browns say on their website. “Adding in breakfast and hand crafted coffee drinks seemed like a natural addition to our business. We make custom cakes and cookies, hand made bagels, breakfast sandwiches, and a variety pastries, oh yeah, and doughnuts!

“At Brown's we strive to bake everything fresh from scratch,” they added. “We use simple handmade methods. Every doughnut, bagel, cinnamon bun are hand rolled and cut. Yes, it takes extra time and skill but it is worth the extra work.”

According to the Brown’s, you won’t see every baked good you can think of on our menu. We are a small setup and since we bake from scratch, throwing together certain baked goods on the fly is just not possible.
