DOYLESTOWN, PA — The Bucks County Department of Corrections reports the death of an inmate earlier this month at its correctional facility on South Easton Road.

The inmate, a man in his mid-80s, was pronounced dead on January 20 at Doylestown Hospital, county officials announced on Wednesday.

The man had been hospitalized for a week, the county said.

The man’s death is believed to be from natural causes and is not under investigation by the Bucks County Department of Corrections.
