Bucks County School of the Performing Arts Offers Summer Dance Classes

The Bucks County School of the Performing Arts has a variety of weeklong summer dance intensives available for dancers of all ages and abilities.

Aspiring dancers as young as 2 can work on their ballerina skills while learning ballet technique, class structure and performance. The goal is to instill and foster a love for dance and keep the youngest movers on their feet and engaged as they tip toe their way to the stage. The session will be held from July 11 through July 15 and features ballet, creative movement, princess 101, princess photoshoot, story telling through dance, acrobatics, crafts and a special appearance from a princess.

Other summer classes available include Intro to the Dancer's Workshop for ages 6-9 (July 11-15); The Dancer's Workshop for ages 9-11 and 12 and up (July 18-22 and July 25-29); The Ballet Intensive for ages 10 and up (Aug. 1-5); and The Broadway Revue Intensive for ages 9 and up (Aug. 8-21).

The dance classes concludes with an in-studio performance for family and friends.
