PLUMSTEAD TOWNSHIP, PA — The new owners of Jersey Mike's, located in the Cross Keys Place Shopping Center, are kicking off their new venture by giving back.

Jesse Allen and Amanda Taibe have announced that they will be donating 100 percent of the sales from the local sub shop to the Kin Wellness and Support Center in Buckingham on Sept. 8 and 9.

The shop, known for its hot and cold submarine sandwiches, will host the special fundraiser from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. both days to benefit Bucks County cancer patients and their families.

Allen and Taibe, who own the Jersey Mike’s locations in Doylestown and New Hope, said they are looking forward to benefiting those in need with generous giving programs that inspire engagement and interactions over quality subs.

"Amanda and I love this community and this business," said Allen. "We can't wait to show Doylestown and the surrounding areas that Jersey Mike's is here to support all of the wonderful people that live here, especially those who work to help others."

The fundraiser will only be available at the Doylestown location of Jersey Mike’s at 4347 West Swamp Road, Doylestown 18902.

In addition to enjoying some good food, customers will be able to meet the Kin staff, volunteers and guests of Kin at designated times throughout the two days.

“This partnership arose in a very fortuitous way, when Kin media partners Dave and Jess of the Cardinal Doylestown, connected us with Jesse and Amanda. We all had our sights set on doing an event that would raise money for the non-profit and shine a light on the deliciousness of Jersey Mike’s. We are eager to launch this event and see it blossom into something special!” shared Keith and Kristina Fenimore of Kin Wellness and Support Center.

As a community driven non-profit Kin Wellness and Support Center looks to collaborate with local
business owners who have a desire to impact the lives of locals battling cancer and their caregivers. Through Kin, Bucks County cancer patients can seek free care and benefit from integrative services, counseling, support, fitness, nutrition and a very caring community.
