Bucks County's Fallen Firefighters To Be Remembered During Ceremony
The Bucks County Fire Chief's and Firefighter's Memorial Committee and the Bucks County Commissioners will hold the public memorial service.

DOYLESTOWN BOROUGH, PA —Bucks County will kick off National Fire Prevention Week by remembering its fallen firefighters and emergency medical responders.
The Bucks County Fire Chief's and Firefighter's Memorial Committee and the Bucks County Commissioners will hold a public memorial service for fallen firefighters and emergency medical responders on Sunday, Oct. 8 beginning at 10 a.m. at the memorial courtyard of the Bucks County Administration Building.
The ceremony will include prayers, remarks by public officials and firefighters, the Fireman’s Prayer, the reading of the names of the county's fallen firefighters and emergency medical technicians, the playing of Taps, the placement of memorial wreaths and the laying of carnations on the memorial stone.

The Memorial Service will be held rain or shine. A reception will follow at the Doylestown Fire Company on Shewell Avenue.
