Bucks Fever FilmFest To Screen Finalists, Winners In Doylestown

Finalists will be screened Oct. 15 at the TileWorks with winning short films screened on Oct. 16 at the County.

DOYLESTOWN, PA — The Bucks Fever FilmFest will feature a juried, two-day festival on Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 15 and 16.

Finalist films will be screened at the TileWorks of Bucks County, 130 East Swamp Road in Doylestown on October 15 during the multi-day event.

And winning short films submitted by high school, college and emerging filmmakers will be screened at the County Theater in Doylestown on October 16. The winning screenplays will also be announced at the event.

Upcoming events:

  • Saturday, October 15th: Day one of the festival includes the awards ceremony, Winning Screenplay Table Read, screening of the finalist films and the filmmaker panel discussion. This year’s topic is “Shooting On A Shoestring Budget.”
  • Sunday, October 16th: Day two of the festival invites you to mingle with the winning filmmakers and supporters of the film community at the VIP Reception at The Hattery in Doylestown. Then come view the winning films at the County Theater and discover the winners of the screenwriting competition! Also, vote for the Fan Favorite Film.
