Bucks Man Who Tossed Fecal-Covered Clothes From Car Charged With DUI

Warrington Police found the man acting erratically underneath a car in the parking lot of a township shopping center.

WARRINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA — A Chalfont man faces DUI charges after he was reported discarding fecal-covered clothing out of his car window in the parking lot of a township shopping center.

On Nov. 9, Warrington Township Police responded to the Creekview Shopping Center for the report of a man driving through the parking lot with the trunk of his car open and discarding fecal-covered clothing out of the window.

Upon arrival, police located the man who was on the ground under a vehicle acting erratically.

Police said the 32-year-old man refused field sobriety tests and was placed under arrest for suspicion of Driving Under the Influence of a controlled substance.

Suspected narcotics and paraphernalia were found in his possession, police said.

The man was transported to the station where he was processed and released. He is being charged with DUI, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and disorderly conduct.
