CHALFONT BOROUGH, PA —The owner of Leonardo’s Pizza turned himself in on Friday to answer charges of indecent assault and other offenses of someone he knew during an Aug. 17 incident, police said.

The Central Bucks Regional Police Department said Nery Leonardo Vasquez-Pascual, 39, of Telford, indecently assaulted a victim when they re-entered the North Main Street restaurant to retrieve their cell phone that was left in the eatery.

It was later determined that Vasquez-Pascual, while in possession of the victim’s cell phone, sent text messages from the victim’s phone, transferring naked pictures of the victim and their partner to his own cell phone, police said.
