DOYLESTOWN, PA — The Central Bucks School District is inviting local businesses and organizations to learn more about the district's student internship program and how to potentially participate at an informational luncheon on Friday, May 1, from 12:30 to 2 p.m. at CB South High School (100 Folly Road in Warrington).

Interested participants are asked to RSVP for the luncheon by April 24. The program is informational and attendance at the event does not sign an organization up for the program.

CB officials said the luncheon is designed to broaden community engagement with the district’s growing Community Internship Program, which now includes participation from all three CB high schools.

The luncheon will feature an overview of the district's internship program, along with testimonials from current mentors and students who have participated in the program. Attendees will also have the opportunity to engage in a question-and-answer session and learn how their organization can become involved as an Internship Mentor.
