Join Vita Education Services for an informative and entertaining evening at Vita in Bloom: Raising a Glass to Literacy, Growth & Opportunity, on Thursday, April 9, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the historic Pearl S. Buck House in Perkasie.
Our garden-themed cocktail reception invites you to gather in support of adult learners. The evening will highlight the transformative power of education through personal stories shared by Vita students, volunteer tutors, and staff, offering guests a firsthand look at how these programs change lives.
The evening begins with a welcome performance by professional violinist and Vita student Natalia Lizak, followed by the versatile sounds of veteran Philadelphia pianist Billy Moos.
Refreshments will be provided by the renowned Jamie Hollander Gourmet Foods & Catering.
Guests can purchase raffle tickets ($5 each or 5 for $20) for themed gift baskets including “Garden Adventures: Celebrating Seeds of Inspiration,” “Growing Futures: Celebrating Adult Education,” “Curiosity in Bloom: Celebrating Family Literacy,” “Turning Over a New Leaf: Celebrating Decisions and Second-Chance Opportunities,” “Harvest of World Flavors: Celebrating English Language Learners,” and “Bountiful Bucks: Celebrating Our Communities.”
Tickets are $85 per person ($35 is tax-deductible). Proceeds directly support Vita’s vital work empowering adult learners across Bucks County.
