Rabbi Steven Goldstein, a NJ civil-rights activist, lawyer, and former television producer, is coming to TJ tomorrow! He is a great speaker, and was a student of R’ Peg.
Join us as we welcome Rabbi Steven, the founder of NJ Marriage Equality and an outspoken advocate for the LGTBQ Community as he gives his presentation: LGBTQ Pride, Jewish Pride. Perfect Together
He is best known for founding Garden State Equality and leading the campaign that helped achieve marriage equality in New Jersey. The organization became one of the most influential state-level LGBTQ advocacy groups and was involved in the litigation that ultimately led to same-sex marriage being legalized in the state.
