
Event Details
The Bucks County Branch of the Woman's National Farm & Garden Association, in partnerhip with Bowman's Hill Wildflower Preserve, will feature five residential gardens in transition to the use of native plantings and creative water management. Knowledgeable gardeners will be present to talk about the gardens and answer questions. A selection of native plants will be available for sale at one of the gardens. The self-guided tour is 10am to 3pm, rain or shine, and costs $15 in advance, $20 on the event day. Tickets are available online www.facebook.com/bucksfg/events and can be purchased starting May 1st at the Doylestown and Lahaska Bookshops and Bowman's Hill Wildflower Preserve.
Friends of the Tour are Bucks Beautiful, Bird Town Pennsylvania, Penn State Extension Master Gardener and Master Watershed Steward programs, and the Doylestown and Lahaska Bookshops.
