The Arts & Cultural Council of Bucks County will pay tribute to the life and legacy of former Bucks County Poet Laureate Julie Cooper-Fratrik during a special First Thursday Literary Salon. Following the readings, guests are invited to stay for an informal discussion and light refreshments.
