Car Crashes Into Loose Trailer In Warrington Township

Bristol Road in Warrington was closed for several hours Sunday afternoon after a trailer came loose from its hitch and was struck by a car.

WARRINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA — Bristol Road was closed Sunday afternoon for about two hours after a car crashed into a loose trailer just after 12 p.m.

Warrington Township Police said the crash happened after a trailer that was being towed by a truck came loose from its hitch and was struck by a car.

“Thankfully (and remarkably) there were no serious injuries,” police said.

The accident closed Bristol Road between Lower State Road and Timber Lane for about two hours.
